So is it UDF allowed encroachers to occupy government lands? or Is it older LDF did it?

Seemingly our comrades let their own people to encroach in the past several times. UDF and Mani especially let all his own community to encroach allthe government lands on his side of the state. Manio took care of them and personally made sure he also get a cut. There are many lands in his relatives' name.

So basically Keralites are screwed left and right by both parties. Now we have a VS who is struggling to survive within a mafia group lead by Pinarayi. His only hope is this encroachment issue.

What did VS did in one year is a big quesiton. And what this "polikkal" will do to help the poor people? nothing.

There is no doubt that this is illegal and all these buildings should be evicted.
But rather than spending thousands of lakhs to evict them, is there any benefit or income can be derived out of this?

What is the guarantee that these encroachment will not happen again?

the government has got so many problems to like  improve the economy, increase jobs, reduce inflation in kerala The revenue minster is very immatured and the government misinformed or stupid  to takeover a golf club which is a hertiage property and  one of the oldest golf clubs in the world. This property is earmakred as a green area , what can the government do better nobody knows but like all the good things in kerala the marxist continue to destroy kerala.
WHy do we bring these immatured communist politicans to run this state. if you take their history, they have only destoryed whatever good things kerala had-be it industries, tourism, and all other related business.
I find the media should be intelligent to investigate matters than come to some stupid conclusions.
kERALA will continue to go backwards and being literate is not helping the state but all the malalayees working all  around the world are improving the other citites and countries.
WHY- all because we are always ruled by bunch of  MORONS elected by !!!!!!!!!!!

As far as golf club is concerned, do we need a golf club in Kerala? Is it doing any good to the peopl ehere? Are we traingin anybody here? Anybody is benefitting from this place?

25 acre land is watered with huge volume of water when there is a scarcity for water in the city. There several bars operating inside the golf club. So what do we gain out fo this golf club?

VS is right in making that decision,. but having no experience and vision, he is not able to execute anything properly. Also his own people scuttling all his efforts.
